A Swing Arm For A Vehicle

Abstract: Present disclosure relates to a swing arm for a vehicle. The swing arm comprises a first arm and a second arm defined with a front-end portion and a rear-end portion. A support member is provided between the first arm and the second arm to connect both the first arm and the second arm. The front-end portion of the first arm and the second arm are adapted to be pivotably mounted to a body frame of the vehicle. Further, the rear-end portion of the first arm and the second arm are adapted to rotatably support a wheel of the vehicle. A motor is disposed in between the first arm and the second arm and the motor swings along with the swingarm. This configuration of support member between the first and second arm readily accommodates the motor when additional battery capacity has to be accommodated within a storge space of the vehicle.
