Sensor Module For Throttle Unit

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a sensor module (100) installed in a throttle unit (200) of an IC engine vehicle. The sensor module (100) comprises a sensor body (111) mounted on a throttle body (202) of the throttle unit (200) and a PCB assembly (110) secured in the sensor body (111) of the sensor module (100). A throttle position sensor (102), an intake air temperature sensor (106) and a manifold absolute pressure sensor (104) are integrated on the PCB assembly (110) of the sensor module (100). The integration of the all three sensors into a single sensor module reduces the complexity, optimize space, and lower manufacturing costs compared to separate mounting. [FIG. 2]
