An Electronic Pump For Dispensing Fluids

Abstract: The present subject matter disclosed herein relates to an electronic pump (100) for dispensing fluids. The electronic pump (100) comprises a fluid level sensor (201) in a fluid storage chamber (101, 400) for indicating a current fluid level, a piston (202) for translation in a piston chamber (102, 500), a motion source (103) for driving the piston (202) and a microcontroller in communication with the fluid level sensor (201). The motion source (103) and the piston (202) are configured to perform multiple functions upon sensing a predefined upper fluid level by the fluid level sensor (201) and generating an alarm and deactivating the motion source (103) upon sensing a predefined lower fluid level by the fluid level sensor (201).
