An Ice Making Apparatus For A Refrigerator
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a tray assembly [100] for a refrigerator (not shown). The tray assembly [100] comprises a base tray member [102] and a separator member [104]. Herein, the separator member [104] is adapted to be removably attached to the base tray member [102] to form one or more compartments [106] for holding ice cubes therein. Notably, the base tray member [102] is coated with at least a hydrophobic coating for efficient removal of the ice cubes formed therein, as the hydrophobic coating comprises a ceramic composite material.
