A Fascia Plate Assembly For A Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Mccb)

Abstract: Described herein is a fascia plate assembly [108] for a moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) [100]. The fascia plate assembly [108] comprises a fascia plate [116], at least one parameter indicator [126], and at least one trip indicator arrangement [200]. Notably, the at least one trip indicator arrangement [200] is defined proximal to one of a bottom and top end portions [116c, 116b] of the fascia plate [116], along either side of the at least one parameter indicator [126]. With such an arrangement, the at least one trip indicator arrangement [200] of the fascia plate assembly [108] facilitates determination of the fault condition being one of a thermal overload condition and a high-current condition of the MCCB [100].
