Abstract: Provided is an optimization device for reducing time for creating a delivery plan. An optimization device (100) is provided with: an acquisition unit (110) that acquires delivery information relating to each of one or more products in each of a plurality of consumption areas; an identification unit (120) that identifies a plurality of candidates of delivery tasks for departing from a delivery source, delivering one or more products to each of one or more consumption areas, and returning to the delivery source; a determination unit (130) that determines, on the basis of the delivery information, a vehicle type of a delivery vehicle and/or assessment values in the candidates; and a selection unit (140) that selects a plurality of delivery tasks from the identified plurality of candidates, on the basis of the result of optimizing an objective function based on the determination result.
