Abstract: Provided is a cutting tool assembly comprising a tool shank comprising a coupling opening: and an insert holder comprising an insert body to which an insert is coupled and detachably attached and a coupling protrusion protruding from one surface of the insert body and detachably coupled to the tool shank, wherein a tapered contact portion coming into contact with the coupling opening and providing a fixing force to fix the insert holder to the tool shank and a contact surface at a rear end of the tapered contact portion and coupled to a fastening member are located on the coupling protrusion.
