Kneading Apparatus And Kneading Method

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to suppress the formation of lumps and uniformly knead a material. A kneading device 10 is provided with: a vibration sieve 24 for causing cement, fly ash and quicklime to pass therethrough by means of vibration; a water tank 26 for storing a portion of kneading water; and a hot water tank 28 for storing the kneading water excluding the kneading water stored in the water tank 26 and having a stirrer 2802. In the kneading device 10, a kneading method is performed, which comprises: a first kneading step in which the cement, fly ash, quicklime, and first kneading water, which is a portion of the kneading water passed through the vibration sieve 24, are supplied to a mixer 12 and kneaded; a second kneading step in which hot water, which is stored in the hot water tank 28 and in which sodium sulfate is dissolved due to the stirring of the stirrer 2802, and sand are supplied to the mixer 12 and kneaded; and a third kneading step in which second kneading water, which is the remaining kneading water excluding the first kneading water, is supplied to the mixer 12, and kneading is performed.
