Abstract: A gas barrier film according to the present invention comprises a substrate having polyethylene as a main resin component, and an inorganic oxide layer or oxygen barrier membrane formed on a first surface side of the substrate. The probe descent temperature on the first surface side of the substrate is 180ÂșC or less, and polyethylene accounts for 90 mass% or greater of the entire gas barrier film.
