Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: MACHINE ORIENTED LEARNING APPLICATION (MOLA) FOR MACHINE TOOLS, INDUSTRIAL INSTRUMENTS, AND PROCESS PLANTS The present invention relates to a system (10) using a machine oriented learning application (MOLA) for organizing and monitoring a variety of assets used in industrial applications comprising a processor. A server (18) communicably coupled with a plurality of modules (12, 14, 16, 20, 22 and 24). Digital Twin module (22) provides the interface for the time travel of the asset and different parameters, modelling related to the performance of the asset in temporal plane is displayed and navigated at various travel speeds. The system (10) communicates heterogeneous assets using the device mapping module (24), which comprises instructions to perform data acquisition and other functions. The data analytics engine module (16) generalizes representation of asset and the OPCUA address space to generate information model of the asset. Actual data is obtained and Self-Adaptive Digital Twin (SADT) supports 256- bit encryption for deploying a wide variety of assets without affecting reliability. < TO BE PUBLISHED WITH FIGURE 1>
