Abstract: ABSTRACT A PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF AN ANTIBACTERIAL COMPOUND AND ITS INTERMEDIATES THEREOF The present disclosure provides a process of preparation of an antibacterial compound of Formula I, (S)-6-(5-(((2-(7-fluoro-1-methyl-2-oxo-1,2-5 dihydroquinolin-8-yl) ethyl) amino) methyl)-2-oxooxazolidin-3-yl)-2H-pyrazino[2,3-b] [1,4] oxazin-3(4H)-one formate salt. The present disclosure also provides intermediates of the compound of Formula I and its preparation thereof. The present disclosure further provides a process of preparation of compound of Formula I with improved yield and high purity.
