Abstract: An embodiment herein relates to manufacturing of the metal having a high strength at least or greater than 1000MPa in commercial vehicles. The metal part is produced according to the present invention and the same is cut into required shapes. The cut metal parts are heated up to austenitization temperature (750~950 ⁰C) and held for time period between 250 to 350s. Finally, the heated metal part is quenched, preferably, in water, water mixed with polymer, oil bath and salt bath to obtain high strength steels. Figure. 1
