Abstract: ABSTRACT A DEVICE FOR CROP DISEASE MANAGEMENT, AND A METHOD THEREOF The embodiments herein disclose a device (700) for crop disease management. The device receives a crop image captured by a user device (20), and detects a diseased portion in the crop image based on a trained first machine learning model that performs gradient-based localization. The first machine learning model produces a heatmap highlighting the diseased portion in the crop image. The produced heatmap is overlaid with the crop image, and the device classifies the diseased portion in the overlaid crop image, based on a trained second machine learning model that performs feature extraction along with classification.
