Abstract: The present invention comprises a distal surface 2 having a discharge port and a side surface 3 extending between the distal surface 2 and the proximal end 4, wherein the distal surface 2 has a shape that can distinguish between the longitudinal direction a and the lateral direction, and a central portion 22 in the longitudinal direction a is provided so as to protrude from both ends 23 in the longitudinal direction a, and the discharge port is provided along the shape in which the distal surface 2 protrudes.
