Gas Extracting Hood

Abstract: A gas extracting hood (10) disclosed here includes a housing (1), a blower (2), and a restrictive plate (3). The blower (2) is housed within the gas extracting hood (10). The bottom section consists of an upper shell (5a) and a lower shell (5b). The restrictive plate (3) is positioned at the front end of the housing (1), beneath the blower (2) and lower shell (5b). Both the restrictive plate (3) and lower shell (5b) are inclined at a predefined angle, creating an optimized gap that enhances suction coverage for effective removal of exhaust gases and vapors (Refer FIGURES 3A and 3B).
