DESC:TECHNICAL FIELD OF INVENTION

The present invention in general relates to field of agricultural engineering. More particularly relates to a three way ball valve.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As such in the prior art there is need of a novel three way ball valvewhich made easy the diversion of flow of water in a piping system.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

An objective of the present invention is to provide a three way ball valve.

Anotherobject present invention is to made easy thee diversion of flow of water in a piping system.

These and other objects and characteristics of the present invention will become apparent from the further disclosure to be made in the detailed description given below.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly present invention providesa three way ball valve which is used where partial or full diversion of water from one pipe to two different pipe is required.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:

The following is a detail description of embodiments of the disclosure depicted in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments are in such detail as to clearly communicate the disclosure. If the specification states a component or feature “may”, “can”, “could”, or “might” be included or have a characteristic, that particular component or feature is not required to be included or have the characteristic.

As used in the description herein and throughout the claims that follow, the meaning of “a,” “an,” and “the” includes plural reference unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. Also, as used in the description herein, the meaning of “in” includes “in” and “on” unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.

The present invention relates toa three way ball valve which is used where partial or full diversion of water from one pipe to two different pipe is required. The proposed ball valve having following features and benefits:

Efficient diversion and flow control: Easy to divert flow in “L” direction from one sprinkler irrigation piping system to another. Option of partial diversion varying from 25 % to 75 % for better flow control.

Corrosion proof and long lasting: The aluminum body enhances the valve’s longevity compared to the existing “Steel” made valves available in the market.

Effortless operation: Long handle for effortless opening and closing of valve during flow diversion.

Proficient engineered design: The internal construction of the valve allows minimum obstruction hence minimum pressure loss and high flow rate.

Locking option: Handle locking feature which prevents handle movement when system is running.

Superior quality parts: high quality ball and seal for long life.

Light in weight and durable: Made of aluminum which gives it adequate strength, and makes it light weight.

Stress free maintenance: easy to dismantle and remove from piping system for maintenance.

• Drip irrigation
• Flood irrigation
• Any water piping system

The present invention as a line changer has 3 ports, one inlet and 2 outlets for diversion of water flow (partial or fully) from one pipe to two different pipes.
,CLAIMS:1. A three way ball valve which is used where partial or full diversion of water from one pipe to two different pipe is required; characterized in that; said valve easy to divert flow in “L” direction from one sprinkler irrigation piping system to another; and wherein option of partial diversion varying from 25 % to 75 % for better flow control.

2. The three way ball valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein the aluminum body enhances the valve’s longevity compared to the existing “Steel” made valves available in the market.

3. The three way ball valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein said valve provided with long handle for effortless opening and closing of valve during flow diversion.

4. The three way ball valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein said valve internal construction of the valve allows minimum obstruction hence minimum pressure loss and high flow rate.

5. The three way ball valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein said valve provided a handle locking feature which prevents handle movement when system is running.

6. The three way ball valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein said valve made of aluminum which gives it adequate strength, and makes it light weight.

7. The three way ball valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein said valve having a line changer has 3 ports, one inlet and 2 outlets for diversion of water flow (partial or fully) from one pipe to two different pipes.
