A Smart Safety Band With Electrocution Mechanism

Abstract: The disclosed invention comprises a smart safety band (1) designed to enhance personal security for everyone. It integrates a non-lethal electrocution mechanism, to temporarily incapacitate an attacker, ensuring immediate safety without causing permanent harm. The device features bluetooth low energy (BLE) (6) technology, allowing it to connect with a dedicated platform that shares real-time location data with specified emergency contacts. To prevent accidental activation, this invention includes motion sensors that require deliberate hand gestures or jerks before the electrocution mechanism is engaged or an electrocution button is also provided to activate the electrocution mechanism. The device is powered by a rechargeable battery (15), providing fast charging capabilities, and enabling quick replenishment of power to minimize downtime. This combination of features offers a comprehensive safety solution with practical and user-friendly design elements.

Specification

Description:Please see attached , Claims:1. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism, comprising:
- an IOT based device for better communication;
- an electrocution mechanism coupled with the sos function for alerting emergency contacts or services;
- a bluetooth low energy (BLE) (6) module for wireless communication;
- electrocution button and motion sensors to prevent accidental activation of the electrocution mechanism;
- a feature to avoid self-electrocution during usage of the electrocution mechanism resistors (8)
2. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electrical circuit includes a setup of an electric oscillator, a step-up transformer (5), a transistor (11), a capacitor (7), and a voltage multiplier, all fitted on the base plate (13), to regulate the output voltage of the electric shock through the copper electrodes (2) fitted on the upper body of the band (1).
3. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the design ensures appropriate protection against self-electrocution by implementing a safety mechanism through the usage of resistors (8) to divide the electric current between the resistors and the user’s hand so as to be so negligible that no sensation is experienced by the human body.
4. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bluetooth low energy module (BLE) (6) with its own reset button (3) is configured to connect with it’s dedicated platform where the real-time location and other data sharing feature with pre-set emergency contacts, helpline services, crowdsource assistance from nearby smart safety band users within specified radius along with other emergency authorities that are set out in this dedicated platform while this feature can also be worked with a near-field radio identification (NFRID) chip and with the help of global positioning system (GPS) and global mobile communication system (GSM).
5. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein there is a buzzer (10) attached to the band (1) for emitting a loud noise comparable with the car alarms that help in alerting the surroundings of the distress situation.
6. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism as claimed in claim 1 and 5, wherein along with the motion sensor activation of the electrocution feature there is also an electrocution button (4) provided for the activation of the same in case of any issues with the sensor or being unable to use the sensor in any specific situations.
7. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rechargeable battery (15) is capable of providing fast charging capabilities, enabling quick replenishment of power to minimize downtime which is re-charged by a charging module (14) and a pogo connector (9).
8. A smart safety band (1) with electrocution mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compact body along with magnetic buckles (12) and stretchable band (1) material of the device is designed to be worn comfortably on a wrist without any discomfort or being a hindrance in daily life while also being compact enough to fit all the components in one band (1).
