A Micro Switch Assembly For A Locking Mechanism With A Feedback System
Abstract: A locking mechanism (100) for a peripheral component of a vehicle is disclosed. The locking mechanism (100) comprises a lock (102) configured to lock a 5 peripheral component of the vehicle, one or more actuation mechanisms (108, 110) configured to actuate the lock (102) between a locked state and an unlocked state of the peripheral component. The locking mechanism (100) further comprises a micro switch assembly (104) configured to detachably coupled to the lock (102). The micro switch assembly (104) comprises a housing (16), a micro 10 switch (4), an enclosure (18), and a compression spring (15). The micro switch assembly (104) is connected with a controller to send the feedback of the locked state and the unlocked state of the peripheral component of the vehicle. [Figure 5]
