Abstract: A core yarn supply device (200) includes: a core yarn bobbin holding section (50) configured to hold a core yarn bobbin (CB) on which a core yarn (C) is wound; a core yarn delivery section (100) configured to deliver the core yarn (C); a slack ensuring section (80) provided between the core yarn bobbin holding section (50) and the core yarn delivery section (100) in a traveling direction of the core yarn (C) and configured to ensure slack of the core yarn (C); and an anti-return section (110; 70) provided between the core yarn bobbin holding section (50) and the slack ensuring section (80) in the traveling direction and configured to prevent a slack-ensured portion of the core yarn (C) having slack ensured by the slack ensuring section (80) from returning in a direction opposite to the traveling direction.
