Abstract: The present invention discloses an N-substituted bicyclic heteroaromatic compound of formula (I), (I) wherein, R, R1, R2, R4, W1, W2, A and Het are as defined in the detailed description. The present invention further discloses methods for preparation of compounds of formula (I) and use of the compounds of formula (I) as a pest control agent.
