Abstract: This wireless communication device (200) comprises a transmission unit (240) for transmitting a message to other wireless communication devices (100), and a processing unit (210) for carrying out processing on the message transmitted by the transmission unit (240). When including a first parameter in a first radio resource control (RRC) message that is transmitted to the other wireless communication devices (100) and including a second parameter in a first data radio bearer (DRB) configuration parameter that is included in the first RRC message, the processing unit (210) includes a third parameter in the first DRB configuration parameter.
