Abstract: An optical fiber cable (1A) comprises: a core (10) that has optical fibers (11); a restricting member (20) that is longitudinally attached to the core (10) and covers the core (10); a sheath (40) that covers the restricting member (20); and a ripcord (60) that is positioned between the sheath (40) and the core (10), wherein the ripcord (60) is positioned between a first part (21) and a second part (22) of the restricting member (20).
