Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a method and apparatus for configuring information, and a communication system. The apparatus for configuring information is applied to an IAB node, and the apparatus comprises: a first receiving unit, which receives an RRC reconfiguration message, wherein the RRC reconfiguration message indicates information related to a topology to which a default uplink BAP routing ID configured for an IAB node belongs.
