Method And Device For Training A Neural Network Based Decoder

Abstract: The present invention concerns a device and a method for training a neural network based decoder. The method comprises during said training, quantizing, using a training quantizer, parameters representative of the coefficients of said neural network based decoder. The invention concerns also a method and device for encoding at least parameters representative of the coefficients of a neural network based decoder. The invention concerns also a method for generating an encoded bitstream comprising an encoded neural network based decoder, of a neural network based encoder and decoder, and a signal encoded using said neural network based encoder.
