WE CLAIM:
1. An Optiprime Hybrid Generator System (100) comprising:
atleast one renewable source (10) of power;
atleast one fossil fuel driven generator (12);
a control panel (14) with hybrid controller functionally connected to said
renewable source (10) and said fuel driven generator (12), said control panel (14)
is configured to integrate all components of the system (100) and to perform the
function of power management;
a battery bank (16) connected to said control panel (14) to provide power to
the control panel (14) in case of unavailability of said renewable source (10) and
said fossil fuel driven generator (12);
an inverter (18) connected to said control panel (14);
an auxiliary load (DC) (20) electrically connected to said control panel (14);
and
an auxiliary load (AC) (22) electrically connected to said invertor (18).
2. The Optiprime Hybrid Generator (100) system as claimed in claim 1, further
comprises a Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS) (24) connected to said fuel
driven generator (12) and configured to recover heat energy from the hot flue gases
of the fossil fuel generator (12) and utilize it for space heating.
3. The Optiprime Hybrid Generator System (100) as claimed in claim 2, wherein
said Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS) (24) consists of primary heat exchanger
(204), Mild Steel (MS) water tank (202), primary side water circulation pump, three
way modulating valve, air handling Unit (206) for space heating, secondary side
water circulation pump, secondary heat exchanger (208), control panel and water
level switch.
4. The Optiprime Hybrid Generator System (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein
said fossil fuel driven generator (12) operates either in solo or in synchronization
operating mode depending upon load demand.
5. The Optiprime Hybrid Generator System(100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein
said renewable source is selected from solar power or wind power or in combination
as per source availability.
