WE CLAIM:
1. A method (500) for triggering real-time push notifications corresponding to
at least one work order, the method (500) comprising:
5 receiving (502), by an application module (114), at least one work
order creation request from a network management platform (402) based on
one or more factors,
creating (504), by the application module (114), at least one work
order corresponding to the at least one work order request;
10 storing (506), by the application module (114), the at least one
created work order in a work order table (404);
running (508), by a reporting module (106), a scheduler to
periodically fetch the at least one work order from the work order table
(404);
15 analyzing (510), by the reporting module (106), the at least one
fetched work order;
based on analysis, retrieving (512), by the reporting module (106), a
messaging key from a device detail table (302);
forwarding (514), by the reporting module (106), the retrieved
20 messaging key to the messaging module (112); and
triggering (516), by the messaging module (112), a push notification
to the user equipment (108) corresponding to the retrieved messaging key,
wherein the push notification indicates reception of the at least one work
order.
