WE CLAIM:
1. A system (108) for executing workorders on a centralized platform, the system (108)
comprising:
5 a processing unit (208) configured to:
register a user (102) on the centralized platform based on registration
information provided by the user (102);
generate a dashboard listing one or more workorders;
assign at least one workorder among the listed one or more workorders to
10 the user based on a selection input provided by the user (102);
initiate the execution of the at least one workorder when the user (102) is
within a location radius of a workplace corresponding to the at least one workorder;
validate one or more items associated with the at least one workorder based
on workorder data provided by the user (102) at the workplace;
15 authenticate the execution of the at least one workorder, upon successful
validation, using authentication data provided by the user (102); and
update the dashboard upon authenticating the execution of the at least one
workorder, wherein the update reflects a successful execution of the at least one
workorder.
20 2. The system (108) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (208) is further
configured to:
validate the registration information provided by the user (102); and
send a notification including credentials to the user (102) upon validation.

3. The system (108) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (208) is further
configured to provide a scanning option to the user (102) for scanning an identification
code associated with the at least one workorder.
5 4. The system (108) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the workorder data comprises
multimedia data and material consumption data associated with the at least one
workorder.
5. The system (108) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (208) is further
10 configured to transmit the workorder data for validation to a backend server.
6. The system (108) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing unit (208)
