Abstract: The present disclosure provides system (108) and method (400) for identifying one or more fixed wireless devices connected to plurality of cells in network (106). The system (108) employs a receiving module (210) to receive call summary log (CSL) data associated with each of User Equipments (UE) (104) from trace collection entities (TCEs). A data aggregation module (214) performs CSL data aggregation based on an identifier associated with the plurality of UE (104) for a predefined time frame. A filtering module (216) identifies one or more fixed wireless devices from the plurality of UEs (104) based on a predefined list of Type Allocation Code (TAC) and the aggregated CSL data. The processing module (212) identifies the one or more fixed wireless devices connected to the plurality of cells within a predefined time period based on the aggregated CSL data and the one or more identified fixed wireless devices. WE CLAIM:
1. A method (400) for identifying one or more fixed wireless devices
connected to a plurality of cells in a network (106), the method (400) comprising:
5 receiving (402), by a receiving module (210), call summary log (CSL) data
associated with each of a plurality of User Equipments (UE) (104) from one or more
trace collection entities (TCEs);
performing, by a data aggregation module (214), CSL data aggregation
based on an identifier associated with each of the plurality of UE (104) for a
10 predefined time frame;
identifying (408), by a filtering module (216), one or more fixed wireless
devices from the plurality of UEs (104) based on a predefined list of Type
Allocation Code (TAC) and the aggregated CSL data; and
identifying (410), by the processing module (212), the one or more fixed
15 wireless devices connected to the plurality of cells within a predefined time period
based, at least in part, on the aggregated CSL data and the one or more identified
fixed wireless devices.
2. The method (400) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aggregated CSL data
comprises cell-level usage information for each of the plurality of UE (104).
20 3. The method (400) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the identifier associated
with each of the plurality of UE (104) is an International Mobile Subscriber Identity
(IMSI).
4. The method (400) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the CSL data comprises
the identifier associated with the UE (104), serving cell identifier (ID), and a session
25 identifier (ID).
5. The method (400) as claimed in claim 1, comprising:

displaying, by a display module (218), the one or more fixed wireless
devices on a user device, wherein the one or more fixed wireless devices are
displayed on the user device in a predefined timely manner.
6. A system (108) for identifying fixed wireless devices connected to a
5 plurality of cells in a network (106), the system (108) comprising:
a memory (204) storing instructions;
one or more communication interfaces (206); and
one or more hardware processors (202) coupled to the memory (204) via the
one or more communication interfaces (206), wherein the one or more hardware
10 processors (202) comprises:
a receiving module (212) configured to receive call summary log
(CSL) data associated with each of a plurality of User Equipments (UE)
(104) from one or more trace collection entities (TCEs);
a data aggregation module (214) configured to perform CSL data
15 aggregation based on an identifier associated with each of the plurality of
UE (104) for a predefined time frame;
a filtering module (216) configured to identify one or more fixed
wireless devices from the plurality of UEs (104) based on a predefined list
of Type Allocation Code (TAC) and the aggregated CSL data; and
20 the processing module (212) configured to identify the one or more
fixed wireless devices connected to the plurality of cells within a predefined
time period based, at least in part, on the aggregated CSL data and the one
or more identified fixed wireless devices.
7. The system (108) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the aggregated CSL data
25 comprises cell-level usage information for each of the plurality of UE (104).

8. The system (108) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the identifier associated
with each of the plurality of UE (104) is an International Mobile Subscriber Identity
(IMSI).
9. The system (108) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the CSL data comprises
5 the identifier associated with the UE (104), serving cell identifier (ID), and a session
identifier (ID).
10. The system (108) as claimed in claim 6, wherein a display module (218) is
configured to display the one or more fixed wireless devices on a user device,
wherein the one or more fixed wireless devices are displayed on the user device in
10 a predefined timely manner.
