A Dust Collection System On Electronic Counter Machine For De Dusting Manufactured Drugs

Abstract: The dust collection system on electronic counter machine (20) for de-dusting manufactured drugs removes and collects the solid particles or sticky dust particles from manufactured drugs during inspection or on-line process. The system of dust collection comprises of the de-dusting assembly, dust collection unit and vacuum blower assembly. The de-dusting assembly comprises of an exhaust hood (8) wherein air knife (11) is embedded which collects the sticky dust particles through exhaust hood (8) and further transfers to dust collection unit which comprises of a dust collecting housing tank (2) with filter cartridge (7) wherein the dust particles sticky and clean air gets filtered and its further passed to vacuum blower assembly through hose pipe (10) wherein the vacuum blower (12) discharges the clean air to the atmosphere. The system comprises of an alarm which indicates once the filter cartridge (7) is full of dust particles for easy cleaning, maintenance and the cleaned filter can be reused.
