Abstract: ABSTRACT INDANOL SUBSTITUTED DIAMINO PYRIMIDINE CARBOXAMIDES AS DUAL ATM/DNA-PK INHIBITORS The present disclosure provides indanol substituted diamino pyrimidine 5 carboxamides compounds of Formula I, its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, complexes, hydrates, solvates, tautomers, stereoisomers, polymorphs, or pharmaceutically active derivatives thereof as dual ATM/DNA-PK inhibitors. The present disclosure further provides compounds of Formulae Ia, Ib, and Ic, its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, complexes, hydrates, solvates, tautomers, 10 stereoisomers, polymorphs, or pharmaceutically active derivatives thereof. The present disclosure also provides process of preparing said compounds and methods thereof.
