Abstract: An RAN intelligent controller (RIC) (1) configures a first subscription to a report service, which is provided by an E2 node, between the RIC (1) and the E2 node (2). If the first subscription is already configured, the RIC (1) sends, to the E2 node (2), a first message for requesting updating of one or both of an event trigger definition and an action definition that relate to a REPORT action agreed upon in the first subscription. The present invention makes it possible to provide, e.g., an improvement for enabling updating of a REPORT-type subscription using an open radio access network (O-RAN) E2 interface.
