Bobbin Inspection Apparatus

Abstract: The bobbin inspection apparatus includes a black light, an imaging device, and a computing device. The black light irradiates a bobbin around which a yarn for forming a package is wound, with near-ultraviolet light. The imaging device acquires light from the bobbin irradiated with the near-ultraviolet light to generate determination information. The computing device determines whether a yarn different in property from that of the bobbin to be compared is wound around the bobbin, based on a color of the yarn around the bobbin indicated by the determination information.
