Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an uplink data sending apparatus and method, and an uplink data receiving apparatus and method. The uplink data sending method is applied to a terminal device, wherein a first SRS resource set and a second SRS resource set are configured for the terminal device. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving downlink control information, determining the number of layers and DMRS ports according to the downlink control information, and sending uplink data by using a first transmission scheme or a second transmission scheme. Thus, a terminal device determines the number of layers and DMRS ports according to received downlink control information, and sends uplink data by using a specific transmission scheme. Thus, parameters, such as the number of layers, and DMRS ports, can be indicated flexibly, and dynamic switching between different transmission schemes can be supported; moreover, the terminal device can send uplink data by using appropriate uplink sending parameters, thereby ensuring the throughput or reliability of the sending of uplink data.
