Abstract: The problem to be addressed by the present invention is to provide a woven fabric having not only flame retardance but also excellent stretchability and anti-pilling properties, as well as good quality of appearance, and a fiber product constituted by the woven fabric. The solution is a woven fabric using a composite yarn constituted by a spun yarn that includes flame retardant fibers having a limiting oxygen index of 25 or more as measured with JIS K7201 and a thread that is constituted by composite fibers in which two components are bonded together in a side-by-side manner or an eccentric core-in-sheath manner, wherein the weight ratio of the thread constituted by the composite fibers included in the composite yarn is 40-60 wt%, and the composite yarn is twisted at a twist coefficient K of 270-400.
