Binder Compositions And Use Thereof

Abstract: Described is a method of producing a thermoplastic binder from virgin and/or waste plastic in an extruder and the use of the binder to produce a thermoplastic composite product, such as a composite board. A portion of the thermoplastic may be reacted with a coupling agent to produce a functionalised thermoplastic, and/or dispersed in water under agitation to produce a thermoplastic dispersion.
