Polyurethane Dispersion, Gas Barrier Coating Material, And Method For Producing Polyurethane Dispersion

Abstract: The polyurethane dispersion contains a polyurethane resin. The polyurethane resin contains a reaction product of an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer and a chain extender and/or an end capping agent. The isocyanate-terminated prepolymer contains a reaction product of a polyisocyanate component and an active hydrogen group-containing component. The active hydrogen group-containing component contains a polyol compound and an active hydrogen group-containing compound that contains an anionic group. The anionic group is neutralized by a neutralizing agent. The neutralizing agent contains a monoamine compound having a primary amino group or a secondary amino group.
