Abstract: The present invention comprises: a reception unit that receives from a base station device a first signal that includes change destination information in which a first and a second cell are taken as candidate cell change destinations; and a switching unit that performs a first process to switch the serving cell from a third cell to the first cell in accordance with information that pertains to cell changes included in a second signal received from the base station device, and, when the first process has failed, performs a second process to carry out a re-establishment procedure using a third configuration that is applied in the third cell. When the second cell is selected as a change destination in the second process, the switching unit switches the serving cell to the second cell using a second configuration applied in the second cell, instead of the third configuration.
