Macroscopically Homogeneous Cosmetic Composition With An Aqueous Phase And An Oily Phase, A Volatile Hydrocarbon Oil And A Silicone Elastomer Containing Carboxylic Acid Functions

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for caring for and/or making up keratin materials, in particular the skin, comprising, preferably in a physiologically acceptable medium: a) an oily phase comprising at least one volatile hydrocarbon oil H1; and b) an aqueous phase; and c) at least one silicone elastomer containing carboxylic acid functions; said composition having a product of the weight ratios [A] X [B] ranging from 0.07 to 0.21 with [A] denoting the weight ratio of the amount of silicone elastomer relative to the total weight of the composition to the total amount of volatile hydrocarbon oil(s) relative to the total weight of the composition; [B] denoting the weight ratio of the amount of aqueous phase relative to the total weight of the composition; said oily and aqueous phases forming therein a macroscopically homogeneous mixture.
