Polyamide Resin Composition For Insert Molding, Metal Resin Composite Body And Method For Producing Same

Abstract: The present invention provides a polyamide resin composition for insert molding, the polyamide resin composition being capable of enhancing the heat shock resistance of a molded body. A polyamide resin composition for insert molding according to the present invention contains: a polyamide resin (A); a reinforcing material (B), the content of which relative to the total mass of the polyamide resin composition is 10% by mass to 50% by mass; a modified polyolefin resin (C), the content of which relative to the total mass of the polyamide resin composition is 1% by mass to 10% by mass; and scale-like or plate-like inorganic particles (D), the content of which relative to the total mass of the polyamide resin composition is 5% by mass or more but less than 40% by mass. The polyamide resin (A) contains a polyamide resin (A1) which has a melting point (Tm) of 280°C or more as determined by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and the storage elastic modulus E’ of the modified polyolefin resin (C) at -40°C is 7.0 × 107 Pa or less.
