Radio Terminal, Radio Access Network Node, And Methods For Same

Abstract: This radio terminal receives a first message including configuration information for a conditional handover. After additionally receiving a first signal relating to low activity of a source cell of the conditional handover, following reception of the first message, the radio terminal executes the conditional handover on the condition that a first threshold time period has expired. This contributes, for example, to improved triggering of conditional handover execution.
