Abstract: The present invention relates to a graft factor-controlled conjugated diene-based graft copolymer and a preparation method therefor. In addition, the present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition that, due to the inclusion of the graft factor-controlled conjugated diene-based graft copolymer, ensures excellent impact strength and scratch resistance simultaneously without increasing the rubber content.
