Prepolymer Composition, Polyurethane Resin, Elastic Molded Article, And Method For Producing Prepolymer Composition

Abstract: A prepolymer composition according to the present invention comprises an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer. The isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer comprises a reaction product of a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component. The polyisocyanate component includes methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). The polyol component includes a high molecular weight polyol and a low molecular weight polyol. The high molecular weight polyol includes a high molecular weight polyether polyol having a number average molecular weight Mn of greater than 700 and less than 1300. The low molecular weight polyol includes a low molecular weight polyether polyol having a number average molecular weight Mn of greater than 150 and less than 350. The NCO concentration is 6-8 mass%. The content of the low molecular weight polyol is greater than 0.05 mol/kg and less than 0.40 mol/kg in relation to the total amount of the polyisocyanate component, the high molecular weight polyol, and the low molecular weight polyol.
