Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, and computer storage medium for communication. A terminal device receives a configuration comprising a first threshold associated with a logical channel or a logical channel group; determines whether buffered data of the logical channel comprise delayed data based on the configuration; determines a priority value of the logical channel; and performs an LCP procedure based on the priority value of the logical channel. As such, the priority order of delayed data may be increased so that the delayed data should be multiplexed in a MAC PDU with a high priority, thus the transmission of delayed data may be guaranteed. Therefore, the latency requirements of the services may be met and the efficiency of a communication between the terminal device and the network device may be improved.
