Abstract: Provided are a learning model creation device and a learning model creation method with which it is possible to ascertain the use mode of data. A processor (40) receives a learning request and starts processing for creating a learning model. When the processing is started, the processor (40) reads, from a medical data management server (22), medical data corresponding to a range designated by the learning request. Then, the processor (40) creates a learning model by using the read medical data and a learning algorithm designated by the learning request.
