Abstract: Provided are a medical data management device, a medical data management program, and a medical data management method enabling the use of data in accordance with the law of each country, the security of personal information, or the intent of a data user. This medical data management device (11) is provided with a processor. The processor executes: a first processing for processing an entry with which an individual can be identified from personal information which came from medical data that contains the personal information which can identify an individual and health information regarding the health of the individual; and a second processing for processing the medical data that has been subjected to the first processing, according to affiliation information of an output destination and a processing level in accordance with a purpose of use.
