Ophthalmic Suspension Composition Of Brinzolamide And Latanoprost
Abstract: The present invention provides an ophthalmic suspension composition comprising of brinzolamide or a salt thereof and latanoprost or its salt thereof, stabilizer along with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients for the treatment of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma. The present invention also provides a method of treating elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma by administering an ophthalmic suspension composition comprising of brinzolamide or a salt thereof and latanoprost or a salt thereof, stabilizer and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
