Abstract: The processor: acquires a first prediction value, for each ion channel and for each addition amount by which a candidate substance for a medicine is added, by causing a prediction model to output first prediction values for the degree of inhibition indicating the degree by which the flow of ions in a plurality of ion channels present in iPS cardiomyocytes is inhibited by a candidate substance, on the basis of a first variation waveform that is a variation waveform of the extracellular potential of iPS cardiomyocytes (which are cardiomyocytes derived from human iPS cells) and that is measured when the candidate substance is added to the iPS cardiomyocytes while varying the addition amount; derives, for each ion channel, an index value indicating the dose reaction relationship for the candidate substance, on the basis of the first prediction values for different addition amounts; and presents, to the user, estimation reference information that corresponds to the index value and is referred to in order to estimate the mechanism of action by the candidate substance.
