Abstract: ABSTRACT HIGHER TILT ADJUSTMENT STEERING COLUMN FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES A tiltable steering assembly (100) comprises a mounting bracket (102) with a clamping slot (104) and a pivot slot (106), connected to an inner bracket (108) via an inner clamping slot (110) and a first pivot (112). A connector plate (114) is linked to the inner bracket (108), through a linkage rod (118) and engaging a connector slot (120) at the lower end. A steering shaft (140) is pivotably connected to the inner bracket (108) at a single point (124) and tilts through a tilt slot (116). During tilting, the steering shaft shifts between positions along angles (132, 134), with the inner bracket and connector plate. In the first tilt, the assembly shifts from a first to second position. In the second tilt, it moves from the second to a third position. The second position is located at any point between the first and third position (Please refer FIGS. 2-4B).
