Novel Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase / Phosphodiesterase 1 (Enpp 1) Inhibitors And Uses Thereof

Abstract: The present invention discloses a novel type of highly potent ENPP-1 inhibitors for the treatment of various diseases particularly, cancer. These inventive inhibitors are small molecules. One of the novel structural features is incorporation of a sulfoximine-type moiety which is positioned between the tail and core parts. Method of treatment, pharmaceutical compositions and use thereof are also disclosed.
