Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium hydroxide-based powder for use in preparing a lithium composite oxide, wherein the lithium hydroxide-based powder has a span of at most 5.0, the span being defined as (D90-D10)/D50, and D10, D50, and D90 being defined as particle sizes at 10%, 50%, and 90% of cumulative volume% distribution when measured by laser scattering method, respectively.
